Umgang mit Beschwerden (Toilettenspülung war 2x defekt) in Ordnung, aber vor allem Chaos beim Check-in und Check-out ( 2 Stunden in der Kälte gestanden, meine Frau hat eine starke Erkältung mit nach Hause gebracht )
