Mein persönlicher Tipp
Am 05.05.2017 ist Costa Pacifica leider aufgrund eines technischen Problems nicht wie geplant ausgelaufen. Da die Reparatur sehr viel Zeit in Anspruch genommen hat, wurde Rom aus dem Reiseprogramm gestrichen und wir kamen am 07.05. dennoch mit 6 Stunden Verspätung erst um 14 Uhr in Savona an. Die Mitarbeiter der Hospitality Service auf dem Schiff waren alles andere als serviceorientiert. Statt den Passagieren im seitens Costa verursachten Notfall eine Lösung zu bieten, sagte Herr Ludovico Ricci von der Hospitality Service „Wir müssen nicht helfen“.
