Bordeinrichtungen ausreichend. Shopping Mall mit den Geschäften ok. Zustand des Schiffes einigermaßen ok. Pool sehr klein. Essensangebote ok und abwechlungsreich. Leider im Buffettrestaurant nur lauwarme Speisen und lieblos angerichtet. Service/Bordservice spricht wenig deutsch. Verschiedene Freizeitmöglichkeiten an Bord.

Description
Außen-Kabine auf Deck 4 schlechte Lage. Nachts laute Geräuschkulisse vom Deck darunter. Nächtliche Arbeiten vom Bordpersonal. An Schlaf kaum zu denken. Kabinenreinigung unzureichend. Erst nach Beschwerde war es besser.

Description
Beschwerde an der Rezeption wurde gleich bearbeitet und behoben. Leider viele Sprachschwierigkeiten beim Kabinenpersonal und Küchenpersonal am Bedientresen. Kaum bis gar keine deutsch Kenntnisse. Bordpersonal ansonsten ok.
