MSC werden wir nicht noch mal buchen. Hat sich mit den Jahren sehr verschlechtert. Nächste Kreuzfahrt mit Aida.

Sauberkeit im Restaurant katastrophal, Tische nicht abgeräumt, Krümel unter den Tisch gewischt, Speisen lagen Stunden lang und haben sich gewellt, Personal im Restaurant sehr unfreundlich. Personal in den Bars sehr freundlich, ordentlich . Personal im Aussenbereich sehr wenig vorhanden. Hygienemittel im Restaurant für die Hände meistens leer!! Dreck auf dem Boden lag auch noch nach Tagen.!!

Mein persönlicher Tipp
Ein Tipp an die Gesellschaft: Schulung des Personals in Freundlichkeit und Sauberkeit. Die Klimaanlagen im Innenbereich nicht so stark einstellen. Es hat zum Teil wahnsinng gezogen.
