AIDAblu represents a new generation of AIDA club ships. Built in 2010, AIDAblu sets new standards in terms of relaxation.
The cruise ship belongs to the Sphinx type series and is, with a length of 252 meters and a wide of 32 meters, equivalent to its sister ships AIDAdiva, AIDAbella and AIDAluna. 1087 cabins are available, including 728 outside cabins. Passengers who wish for luxury can stay in the premium suites.
AIDAblu represents the second generation of this series and offers a large number of new features and improvements such as more space in the indoor and outdoor areas as well as a new restaurant concept. In addition to the gourmet restaurant “Rossini” and “Markt Restaurant”, there are the “Bella Donna Restaurant” with excellent Italian cuisine, the “California Grill” with American specialties and the “East Restaurant” which offers delicious Asian dishes. Furthermore, passengers have the possibility to taste home-brewed beer types (AIDAblu is the world’s first floating brewery). The experiences on board can be easily shared with others through the reliable and fast Starlink internet service.
On three decks, the spacious spa area guarantees pure relaxation. Lomi Lomi massage treatments, aroma baths, thalasso and cosmetic treatments, sauna facilities and steam baths invite to leave everyday routine behind and forget about the rest of the world.
34 spa cabins with balcony and direct access to the wellness area are also available. A special feature of the spa cabins is the spa packet with a massage treatment, a yoga course and a tea ceremony. Temporarily there is also a butler.
