With the Amadeus Mira, entering service in 2027, the AMADEUS fleet is welcoming a new river ship that combines a modern travel experience with classic elegance. Generous public spaces, abundant natural light and a well-thought-out layout create a relaxed atmosphere on board – ideal for leisurely days on Europe’s rivers.
Life on board with panoramic views and varied amenities
The Panorama Restaurant is the ship’s culinary centre, where ever-changing river scenery is part of the dining experience. For a coffee break or an evening drink, guests can choose between the Panorama Bar and Lounge and the AMADEUS Club. A special highlight is the “Café Vienna”, which brings the tradition of Viennese coffee culture on board with a selection of classic coffee specialities.
Outdoors, the “River Terrace” offers an inviting open-air lounge, while the spacious sun deck features loungers, sun sails and a dedicated sun-deck lounge. Guests looking for variety can use the golf putting green, giant chess, shuffleboard, or heated outdoor pool. A fitness room is available for workouts, complemented by a massage room for relaxation. Additional conveniences include a ship’s boutique, laundry service, Wi-Fi, complimentary bicycles and a lift connecting the Mozart and Strauss decks.
Comfortable cabins and elegant suites
All accommodation on board is designed with comfort and practicality in mind. The most spacious options are the suites on the Mozart Deck, offering around 26.4 m² of living space, a cosy seating area, a high-quality bathroom and a walk-out private balcony. Guests staying in suites also enjoy the added comfort of a bathrobe.
The cabins on the Strauss and Mozart decks (approx. 17.5 m²) feature a lowerable panoramic window front, allowing particularly impressive views of the river landscapes. On the Haydn Deck, 16 m² cabins with smaller, non-opening windows are available. Depending on the category, standard amenities include a minibar, walk-in wardrobe (except on the Haydn Deck), double bed or twin beds, flat-screen TV, individually controlled air conditioning, shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone and safe.
