The name of the ship comes from the co-founder of AmaWaterways Kristin Karst, who is also the godmother of the river cruiser that was built in the Netherlands in 2017 and has been sailing along the Rhine under the Swiss flag since then.

The stylishly furnished and comfortably equipped cabins on board are particularly impressive due to their size, which is unusual for river boats. You can enjoy a unique view from your balcony - whether a cabin with French balcony or a cabin with a real balcony to sit outside! The elegant marble bathroom is also impressive. The suites even have a bathroom with a bathtub and an additional shower.

Numerous leisure activities are available on the AmaKristina. In addition to a massage and hairdressing salon or the souvenir shop, there is also a specialty coffee station. The large sundeck with sufficient sun loungers and a hiking trail is ideal for relaxation on the river. The heated pool also provides the necessary relaxation. (Attention: Due to the corona pandemic there may be restrictions on use.) Exquisite dishes round off a perfect on-board life. AmaWaterways is known for its excellent cuisine and thanks to regional ingredients and first-class wines every meal is very delicious.
