Le Lapérouse- an unforgettable experience on board
Le Lapérouse is the first ship of Ponant's new series and strikes with its unique atmosphere, exclusive privacy and typical french quality. The ship provides 92 cabins with first class design and great ocean views on a total length of 182 meters. Despite the feeling of an incomparable cruise ship experience, one can enjoy the uniqueness of making a special cruising yacht adventure that turns every journey into a great highlight.
High quality cabin equipment
Guests on board can choose between 92 cabins and suites in seven different categories. All cabins convince with a total space of 19m² and a balcony with 6m². The suites provide 45m² of space and are equipped with two single beds or one kingsize bed, Flat-TV, DVD-Player, radio, minibar, internet access, bathroom with shower or bathtub and adjustable air conditioning.
Variety of board activities
Passangers can experience great culinary variety in the two exquisite restaurants of the ship. The panorama restaurant, located on deck 4, provides enough space for all and knows how to satisfy the palate with excellent gourmet dishes. A novelty on board is that the restaurant is open to the outside and provides an additional buffet with salads, desserts and a selection of different cheese varieties. Additionally, the second restaurant impresses with its casual and relaxed atmosphere and provides space for up to 70 guests. Salads, desserts and freshly made barbecue dishes are offered daily. The traditional French kitchen invites its guests on a culinary journey of discovery through France.
A stroll through the ship’s own boutique offering clothing and jewellery as well as a choice of postcards and accessories is a nice distraction to spend some time during days at sea. A novelty on the Le Lapérouse is the extendable boat basin which offers many advantages for the guests and crew members: on the one hand the embarking and disembarking becomes easier and more accelerated, on the other hand numerous of activities can be enjoyed directly from the ship such as diving and kayaking.
The pool- and sundeck invites to relax and unwind after an exciting day ashore. The infinity pool and the lounge with numerous seating possibilites creates an exclusive and elegant atmosphere. After the sunset guests have the choice between different thrilling locations for an diverting evening full of sparkling moments. The main lounge with a total room of 200m² offers space for all of the passengers and promises entertaining and enjoyable evenings. Another highlight is the theatre hall for 188 guests which convinces with its excellent light and acoustic effects. Furthermore a LED-Wall in the background creates a fantastic atmosphere and casts a spell over the guests.
