Silver Cloud Cruises

The Silver Cloud Expedition was completely renovated in 2017 and sets out to luxury expeditions, amongst others into polar regions. Since its renovation, the Silver Cloud Expedition has an ice class that enables the luxury yacht to travel to the remotest parts of the polar regions and to offer great expedition itineraries to its guests. An unforgettable expedition is provided by the expedition team on board, that accompanies the Zodiac tours and informs the guests about the destinations in interesting lectures. With 254 passengers – in polar regions only 200 passengers – there is a very personal and intimate atmosphere on board and all guests benefit from a first-class service.

The four restaurants on board offer a wide variety of culinary specialties. The main restaurant “The Restaurant” offers continental and regional dishes combined with a stunning view of the ocean while fresh Italian food can be enjoyed in La Terrazza. In the restaurant The Grill a salad and burger bar is provided during the day and in the evening guests can grill their food on hot Lava Stones right at their table. The restaurant La Dame by Relais & Châteaux is the only Relais & Château restaurant in the south polar waters of the world. The exquisite dishes and selected wines can be enjoyed especially well in the elegant atmosphere of the restaurant.

A personal retreat are the luxurious and elegant suites that are mostly equipped with an own veranda. Every suite contains a butler service, BVLGARI® products, a minibar that is well-stocked with the favorite beverages of the guests, a walk-in closet and even more amenities. Luxury and comfort are also provided by the public areas on board. An impressing view of the sea is offered in Tor’s Observation Lounge as well as in the Panorama Lounge while lectures about the destinations and movie screenings take place in the “Lecture Theatre” in the Explorer Lounge. The luxurious Zagara Spa, a beauty salon and a fitness center are part of the amenities on board as well as the pool deck with sunbeds, a pool that is refreshing or heated depending on the destination and an excellent service.
