From Porto Torres a roughly one-hour trip to Capo Caccia. There you can enjoy entrancing views over the Gulf of Alghero and the island of Foradada. On the trip to Alghero there will be a short stop at the Palmavera Nuraghe (a round building from the time between 1600 and 400 BC). In Alghero there will be a visit to the church of San Francesco and the monastery. At the end of the tour there will be free time to explore the town independently.
From the harbour of Porto Torres to Castelsardo, about 36 km away. A tour of the old town with its picturesque alleyways and 16th century cathedral built in the late Gothic style. Participants can go for a walk to the ruins of the castle, from where there is a beautiful view over the Gulf of Asinara. There will then be time to explore the little port independently before the tour concludes.
